• Business Visa holders are not allowed to engage in any activity under employment contract with a Brazilian organization / corporation

• Business Visa is valid for up to 5 years and allows for stays of up to 90 days. Extensions can be applied in Brazil, at least 30 days before the visa expires

• The total stay in Brazil cannot exceed 180 days per year

• For citizens of some listed countries, visa is not required for stays not longer than 90 days
